Siti brings 12 years of professional culinary experience and a passion for food education. She developed our core curriculum after recognizing the gap between professional cooking knowledge and home kitchen practicality. Her teaching philosophy centers on building confidence through hands-on learning and clear explanations.
Bambang Wijaya
Food Safety Specialist
Bambang ensures every aspect of our curriculum reflects current food safety standards and best practices.
